"The concept behind the acronym D.I.V.S. is inspired by the Italian words: Divertirsi (Enjoying) – Imparare (Learning) – Vincere (Winning) – Superare (Overcoming). I wanted my son to use go-karting as a way to have fun and, most importantly, to overcome many of his fears and insecurities. Since Alex began his competitive journey, we’ve visited numerous teams in search of the right support for the driver and proper engagement with parents. I have always believed that an athlete should be at the center of the team, supported by professionals who can help them overcome any obstacles they might face. During these years, I developed the idea of creating a sports association focused on putting the athlete at the center and guiding parents through a world that is very different from other sports. To achieve this, I assembled a team of professionals essential to this sector, aiming to offer our members a range of services from which they can benefit."
